For the safety of all of our guests, puppies and kittens should have completed their initial vaccination series before boarding including Rabies. Typically this is around 6-9 months of age depending on your veterinarian's process.

Yes. If needed, we can provide a quality kennel diet for your pet during their stay. However, we recommend bringing your pet's regular food whenever possible to help maintain their routine and minimize digestive upset.
Yes! Our experienced staff can administer most medications according to your veterinarian's instructions.
Please bring medications in their original containers with clear dosing instructions. If your pet requires injectable medications or has specialized medical needs, please contact us before your reservation so we can discuss their care.

If your pet becomes ill or is injured during their stay, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you or your emergency contact immediately. If veterinary care is needed, we will seek treatment from your designated veterinarian whenever possible or another trusted local veterinary clinic if necessary.

Holiday weekends, spring break, summer vacations, and other peak travel times often book well in advance, so we encourage reserving your pet's stay as early as possible.

A deposit may be required for first-time clients, extended stays, and reservations during peak holiday periods.
Deposits help us reserve your pet's accommodations and ensure availability during our busiest times. If a deposit is required, we'll let you know when your reservation is made.
We understand that travel plans can change.
At minimum 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Reservations requiring a deposit may be subject to cancellation deadlines. Please contact us if you need to make changes to your reservation.
Check-in and check-out are available during our regular lobby hours.
When you arrive, we'll review your pet's information, feeding instructions, medications, and emergency contacts to ensure a smooth check-in. We'll also answer any last-minute questions before your trip.
